Nexans Completes Offshore Cable Installation Moray West

Nexans, a global leader in submarine cable systems, has successfully completed the offshore export cable pull-in for both offshore substation platforms (OSPs) at Moray West.

Favourable weather conditions allowed the cable laying vessel Nexans Aurora to efficiently complete this crucial stage.

The cable terminations are currently being completed by the OSP commissioning teams, working alongside a team onboard the jack-up vessel Leviathan. This collaboration ensures maximum safety and efficiency during the process. Additional logistical support is provided by Stowen for tasks such as temporary power supply.
